What we collect and why
The quick enquiry form on every page asks for your name, phone number, the type of survey you are enquiring about and the property postcode. The full quote form on Request a Quote also asks for your email address, the property address and any message you add, and a checkbox confirming you are happy for us to contact you about the enquiry. We use these details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry, discuss the survey you need and provide a fixed-fee quote. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to any third party.
Where your details go
Submitted details are stored in our secure database and an email notification is sent to our enquiry inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend, so a surveyor can call you back. Both are data processors acting only on our instructions; neither uses your details for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting record-keeping obligations, and we review what we hold periodically. If you would like your details removed sooner, contact us and we will action it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It does not track you across other websites.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- See a copy of the personal details we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate details corrected.
- Ask us to delete your details.
- Restrict or object to how we use your details.
- Receive the details you gave us in a portable format.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your details.
